Installing CentOs 6 on the Intel Xeon E3-1245v2
1. To install CentOS 6 on an Intel Xeon E3-1245v2 a netinstall ISO must be used as the operating system does not contain the proper drivers for reading the main install off the ISO.

2. When booting into the installer make sure to select the "Install with Basic Video" option as the default video driver will cause a black screen on the KVM.
